22/6/2013 - bad weather sets in, rains for 8 days
late June - blocked drain on the laneway

7/5/2013 - the block is pegged out for excavation
11/5/2013 - excavation begins, the block is levelled
20/5/2013- plumbing commences
31/5/2013 - construction of the concrete slab commences
